I am told my bankruptcy can’t go through – what should I do?

I’m in bankruptcy limbo.First bankruptcy 15 yrs ago did not complete,unknown to me.Filed bankruptcy again and paid monthly for 16 out of the 21 payments.now i am told nothing can go through and they don’t even know what I should do?
