What likely needs to be done, is to have the discharge from your first bankruptcy completed. The issue is that with the first bankruptcy, you are considered an undischarged bankrupt which restricts you from filing a second bankruptcy. In order to complete the first bankruptcy you would need to contact the trustee that dealt with that filing and discuss with them what needs to be done. Once that’s complete you can deal with the current debt resolution that you’re undertaking.
