My husband and I signed a joint consumer proposal in February 2015. We are now getting separated. Is there a way the consumer proposal can be divided (50% of the payment for him and 50% of the payment for me) ? If not, and if my husband does not pay his share, what will happen if I can’t pay the full amount monthly ?
