I have had several items (Credit Card & Line of Credit, Etc) turned over to collection agencies. I am not employed and currently living with a girlfriend who helps me out with a roof over my head but need to resolve my credit situation. Currently I still have 2 credit cards, a locked in RSP and seeking employment. I work for cash at construction or wherever i can find help is required but do not earn much which is often infrequent. Can a consumer proposal help me out here?
