Hello, I am in the process of filing a consumer proposal, I have mortgage and credit card with TD Canada trust. I was advised the credit card will fall under the proposal & my credit is affected for 3 years……my question is, who will negotiate my mortgage line in 2 years when it is due to be renewed……will I be able to get a mortgage!
